Some More Bug Fixes

Hello once again! Some recent feedback made me aware that there were a few pretty major bugs in Vanguard, most notably regarding the physics of the goblin tower and boss fireballs, as well as a bug that prevented the player from getting the blacksmith upgrade. These issue have since been fixed! Hope you enjoy and thank you to my players for bringing these issues to my attention!
